Passed the assessment of all test items including the sudden short-circuit test of the National Transformer Testing Center, and the test results fully met the technical specifications for the electrification design of high-speed railways and the requirements of scientific research and trial production, marking the development of my country's first new 220kV three-phase railway balanced traction transformer success.

According to a reporter from China Economic Net, the research and development of the new 220kV three-phase railway balanced traction transformer is a ministerial-level key scientific research project led by the Ministry of Railways and the State Grid Corporation of China. The first two prototypes are designed and manufactured by Tianwei Baobian. After successful manufacture, it will be put into operation at Yuxin Station on the Hangzhou-Ningbo High-speed Railway Passenger Dedicated Line. In the process of prototype manufacturing and testing, leaders of relevant departments of the Ministry of Railways and users conducted on-site supervision.

The relevant person in charge of Tianwei Baobian said that the successful development of this product marks that Tianwei Baobian has taken the lead in mastering the key core technology of the new three-phase balanced traction transformer in China, and has accumulated design, technology, processing and manufacturing, product testing at the same time. , product transportation and technical services, etc., have laid a solid foundation for further market development.
